Certified Ashtanga Instructor Liz Doris offers a variety of teachings including Flow Yoga, Yoga for Athletes and Workplace Yoga.
Liz began practicing yoga in 2000 and quickly realized the many physical and emotional benefits that it offers. Liz completed her Ashtanga Certification at the Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto in 2004 and began teaching.
Liz’s classes have evolved over the years to reflect her passion for using yoga as therapy for the mind, body and spirit. Her medical background informs her teaching, which has a strong anatomic and therapeutic focus. Liz offers classes that are breath-centered, safe, welcoming and fun.
